Universal Design for Learning (UDL) is an amazing model for teaching that all teachers (especially, Special Education teachers) should be aware of. In fact, I am positive you already know about it, without knowing the special teaching language of it. UDL is so important, so simple, and so beneficial for students. In a nutshell, UDL says that teachers should give their students various ways of learning and assessing, while creating an engaging and motivating environment.
